Have you had a chance to listen to my podcast yet? If not, I’d like to invite you to give it a try. Today I launched Season 5: Pursuing Spiritual Health: What it Means to be Made Alive in Christ.
And I’m so stoked about it, I can hardly contain myself.
I say that because the content we’re going to cover this season has been a literal game-changer for me. It’s transformed my life in a way that’s incredibly hard for me to describe.
But over the next few months, I’m going to give it a try. 😉
If you’re wondering why a health coach would do a series on spiritual health, my motivation is simple. We’ve spent the last 4 seasons exploring many different aspects of physical, mental, and even emotional health. But the truth is, if our spiritual life isn’t vibrant, dynamic, and flourishing, we’ll never experience the true wholeness promised to the followers of Christ.
And before you assume it’ll just be more talk about improving our religious life (like better prayers or more time in church), that isn’t going to be our focus at all. Instead, we’re going to go much deeper–to the very root of what causes spiritual struggles, sins, suffering, and pain. What’s more, we’ll also learn exactly how our Great Physician can cure all the things that ail us.
In fact, we’ll start our journey with a brand new view of both spiritual death and eternal life. I’m hoping that, after just the first few sessions, you’ll see your own spiritual health (or lack thereof) in a whole new way.
If that sounds intriguing, I dropped the first few episodes right here just to get you started. I’d love to have you join me for the entire season! I can’t think of a better way to kick off 2021! 🙂 🙂
