My bio is below, but I think I’d like to just chat for a bit. It seems more comfortable & relaxed that way. If you’re curious about me, I’m 55, married to my best friend Greg for 35 years, and the mom of 7 grown children, to which we’ve now added 6 wonderful partners & 14 amazing grandkids. 🙂 Another fun fact: all 7 of my kids were born in just 8 years (no, no twins haha). It was a crazy, messy rollercoaster filled with love and laughter. Greg and I are now empty-nesters splitting our time between our work in Utah and some quiet property in Idaho. I’m really enjoying this empty nester season of life.

My greatest passion is sharing the gospel in such a way that it becomes very real—so real that it allows the Lord to completely rework our minds and hearts. I’m passionate about that because it’s exactly what happened to me. After years of trying (and failing) to fix my messed up life, my Savior finally got His hands on my heart and began to remodel it one piece at a time. That included not only a radical change in my body image, but a full recovery (over 20 years now!) from decades of emotional eating and sugar addiction.

I know without a doubt that the Lord can transform us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually–especially in the places where we struggle the most.
