My official bio is below, but I think I’d like to just chat for a while. It seems more relaxed and comfortable that way. If you’re curious about me, I’m 53 years old (sayin’ it loud and proud!), married to my best friend Greg, and a mom of 7 grown children, to which we’ve now added 5 amazing partners & 13 PERFECT grandkids. 🙂 Another fun fact: all 7 of my kids were born in just 8 years (and no, no twins haha). It was an insane, crazy, messy, wonderful rollercoaster filled with love and laughter. After 18 years in Rexburg, Idaho, Greg and I are now empty-nesters living in West Haven, Utah. I’m excited to see what this new season of life has in store for us.
My greatest passion is sharing the gospel in such a way that it becomes very real—so real that it allows the Lord to completely rework our minds and hearts. I’m so passionate about that because it’s exactly what happened to me. After years of trying (and failing) to be everything I thought I needed to be, my Savior finally got His hands on my heart and began to remodel it one small piece at a time. And my life has never been the same ever again. For me, that included not only a radical change in my body image, but a full recovery (almost 20 years now!) from decades of emotional eating and sugar addiction.
I know without a doubt that the Lord can transform us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually . . . especially in the places where we struggle the most. To learn more about Christ-Centered Wellness, feel free to check out my YouTube channel, my podcast, my books, my blog, or my online classes (links above). I’d love to help you find the path to the freedom, joy, and love that can only be found through Christ. I promise, He wants nothing more than to truly MAKE YOU NEW.
